Lisa Ann Schraffa Santin, Katherine Oregel, and Jennifer Stevens are joining together to offer another gathering of exploration into self worth! Meditation, discussion, and journaling will help us create a safe environment to allow for trust and openness. We’ll follow that with Reiki energy healing and scalp/neck/shoulder massage with aromatherapy to celebrate the new season of body positivity and authenticity ahead. 10% of proceeds will be donated to The Body Positive. Full Moon Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Full moons carry a powerful energy for cleansing and releasing all that no longer serves us. What better way to take advantage of the full moons this summer than to join us for beach yoga and meditation? On July 16th and August 15th Medium Jamie Day and Katherine Oregel will be hosting a Full Moon workshop in collaboration with Manchester-by-the-Sea Recreation Department on Singing Beach!

We will be learning about how to use the moon cycles to our benefit, taking part in a group meditation to the sounds of the surf, and doing a lunar Yoga flow as the sun sets and the full moon rises.

Come experience the healing combination of Yoga and acupuncture! Following a relaxing restorative Yoga class utilizing passive stretching with the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets, Allison Camire of North Shore Acupuncture and Natural Medicine will join us during savasana to provide acupuncture treatment for an added holistic element. Leave feeling rested and renewed.

Yoga Basics Workshop Ad.png

Yoga is a method of attaining overall well being, and this workshop is centered around gaining a deeper understanding outside of the traditional group class. Join us (Katherine and Lara Ramey) for a morning to learn the fundamentals of this ancient practice from all angles. We’ll discuss history and philosophy, practice breathing techniques (pranayama) and mantra, and take a closer look at a variety of postures with a focus on their accessibility and benefits. Beginners are encouraged to attend; no experience necessary!

Self Care Workshop (sold out)


Taking a new spin on Self Care Sunday, this workshop focuses on creating practices of self-care through a restorative and healing morning of Yoga, Aromatherapy, journaling, Reiki, and nourishing refreshments.

In this workshop, join hosts Katherine Oregel and Lauren Crosen in an uplifting morning of self-care and self-love where we allocate time for ourselves to revitalize, reconnect, and recharge.  We will begin with journaling and a cleansing herbal tea. We will then move into rounds of breathwork and an energizing, vinyasa yoga flow followed by a gentle, restorative sequence. We will close the practice with an extended Savasana involving both Reiki and Aromatherapy.

The workshop will commence with manifestation journaling and healthy, vegan refreshments. We hope you’ll join us for a Sunday of well-deserved nourishment and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit.

Arm Balance Workshop

Join Katherine Oregel and Meaghan Gwinn in an afternoon of arm balances! After warming up with a preparatory sequence we’ll be breaking several poses down to their basic elements to better understand the anatomy and alignment, and how to approach them in a mindful way. Modifications and practical tips will be demonstrated for crow, eight angle, and other key arm balances. While we work on empowering ourselves with these challenging poses, we’ll be helping to empower others with 10% of profits going to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund. Space is limited!

Join Katherine Oregel and Lara Ramey in an evening of exploring the illuminating practice of heart openers. Together we will break down the details of different poses and learn how transformative opening the heart chakra can be for us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We’ll take time to journal, and have an open circle of support for those willing to share their reflections with the group. We’ll end with a calming meditation combined with Reiki energy healing.

$30, with 10% going to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)

Lara Ramey is a RYT® 200, both practicing and teaching Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired sequences. She is an instructor at Reck Fitness in Beverly Massachusetts, where she opens her class to every level of practitioner and encourages her students to tap into the equanimity they already have residing within. She lives by the phrase, “forever a student” and strives to make yoga accessible for all.

Self-care is about creating sacred space for yourself to just be YOU. That expression of self-care means a lot of different rituals for many different women. For my dear and brilliant stylist friend Lisa Ann Schraffa Santin, one of her favorite ways to tend to the mind and body as one, is to create less stress in her life and with her possessions. Taking on YOUR wardrobe and taming it so that it causes less stress, more ease, and comfort daily is one of her missions. With that goal in mind, I’ve teamed up with her to offer a unique workshop!


I will guide us through some simple, but mindful yoga poses and share Reiki energy with everyone individually to create a healing and open space during this event; activities that will allow us to feel more authentic and relaxed as a group. We’ll utilize that serene state of mind and apply it to our next exercise: the Vision Board. We’ll use Pinterest to start envisioning what a more curated, and easier collection of clothing would look and feel like. Build confidence and power in your look, and leave the workshop with a tangible way to start changing your relationship with your wardrobe. 

This workshop will cultivate self-care for the mind, body, and soul. Will you join us?✨

Yoga & Essential Oils

After a brief introduction, Katherine will lead a grounding yoga session, as Laura enhances the experience using Young Living essential oils. As a group we will explore mindfulness through yoga asana, and the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. Enjoy the healing effects of Reiki during savasana, and create your very own crystal-infused essential oil roller to take home!
