This 45 minute-long class was created as a way to bring North Shore parents and caregivers together and to introduce the calming practice of Yoga to the littles. We’ll be learning poses through storytelling and imagination, being mindful of our breath, and maybe even spending some time coloring at the end. Join me in this playful and supportive environment, and share space with other local caregivers.
Suitable for ages 2-6 (though you know your child best!)
Initial pricing as we test this out: $5 per caregiver and child, and $5 for an additional child
Please note: Space is limited, so pre-registration is required! Please email Katherine with any questions.
Did You Know?
I reached out to many companies in hopes of finding one that would donate some items for the community class. My vision was to have this class be accessible to as many people as possible, and with that in mind I felt that I needed to have mats and props available to borrow. The company Clever Yoga donated over 2 dozen items, with the majority being quality yoga mats. I could not have asked for a better outcome, or a better company to have answered my call, and I am beyond grateful for their immense generosity.
