Be Kind To Yourself

Does the holiday season feel stressful, exhausting, overwhelming? Do you end up feeling run down? This time of year can be so tough physically and emotionally. The days are short, and the nights are long and dark. We’re often very busy with commitments and shopping, and we end up exhausted, drained, or run down.
Be kind to yourself. Take a short break in the middle of all this chaos and retreat so you can recenter and recharge.  Join us at The Healing Center on Sunday evening, November 30th from 6 – 8:00pm for hot tea and light refreshments, a soothing guided meditation, Reiki, and the opportunity to reconnect with yourself.  All are welcome, but we only have room for 6, so sign up early.  Registration is only $25.
