In the meantime, I did finally move to Beverly, unpacked, shoveled out from two (or was it three?) more snow storms, wrote the biggest, most challenging research papers for graduate school while doubting my ability and capacity to complete the assignments and then doing it anyways, traveled to Mexico for a jam-packed week of classes, museums, Mexican culture and history, and returned home exhausted from all that activity.
I had to take a breather after that stretch, and looking back I am amazed. I really doubted I could do it all, and then somehow I did. How did I do that? I really don’t know. I surprised myself.
Now that I’m feeling a bit recuperated and have some ground under my feet, I think the processing, reflecting and absorbing all of it can start to happen. I’m certain I learned a whole lot about myself and the world through these experiences, but I don’t know what yet. It’s all in my subconscious, coming up in my dreams and slowly making it’s way into my waking life. I’m sure that I’ll be writing about it in more detail as it becomes clearer.
As we move into Spring, I’m looking forward to the gentle rhythm of teaching the concepts I love: Reiki and how to start and grow your practice. I’m still just as passionate as ever about teaching Reiki, helping people develop their own practice and incorporate it into all aspects of their spirituality, lives and businesses. This past February marked the beginning of my seventh year teaching Reiki and fifth year helping my Reiki students and other healing professionals transform their passions into livelihoods.
This is quite a milestone for me. During my first decade out of college, I had wanderlust and experienced all kinds of jobs. Maybe I’m just a late bloomer – it took til my 30’s to really know what I am good at and enjoy doing.
Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 start up again with me on April 7th. Reiki Master Circle meets April 14th. I’m also accepting private Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher students this Spring. Drop me a note if you want to join one of these classes.
How about you? What are you here to do? What is blossoming in your life this Spring?
How can I help you grow?
PS. If you’re not sure what your inner voice sounds like and how it can help you reach your potential, you may want to check out one of my programs.
I have developed some surefire ways of connecting with my heart and soul to make better decisions for my business, and I teach these techniques to the clients that I work with in my 3 month Clarity, Courage and Confidence program.
I also have made a few of these techniques available in an affordable (just $31.99) learn at home program called Clearing your Path for Success designed for emerging and established heart centered professionals who don’t have the clarity and connection to their authentic inner voice that they need to make the right decisions for growing their business.
