Proteins and fats are an important part of daily nutrition. They build muscle tissue, control metabolism, lubricate your joints, to name a few. It’s about balancing the two and making better choices. Many diets create a fear of fat which can be very misleading. Hear the differences between healthy fats and proteins. Determine your metabolic type as a guide to your personal way of eating.
