Metabolism – Tip#1
Eat breakfast.  You’ve gone all night without eating and your body begins to enter “starvation” mode.  This slows down your metabolism in order to reserve energy.  Eating later now causes you to  burn calories more slowly.  Grab a banana, or a slice a slice of whole grain toast with a nut butter.  Make a batch of whole grain oatmeal to last a couple of days.  Add nuts or nut butter and fruit (dried or fresh) to sustain you.  Always watch the sugar content of your breakfast foods.  Find out more about Louise on her website Creative Nourishment
